Shipping Policy

All premade items are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow 10–15 business days to receive your order. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the shipping label has been created. Shipping times provided are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. SAVEYOURSELF is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will work to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

If your order contains multiple products with different fulfillment times, we reserve the right to ship items together or separately at our discretion.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

SAVEYOURSELF maintains a strict no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges policy. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including the selected size, color, quantity, and shipping address.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect size selection, accidental purchases, changes of mind, buyer's remorse, shipping delays outside of our control, or incorrect information entered during checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although all products are inspected before shipment, mistakes can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.

When contacting us, please include your order number along with clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may result in your claim being denied. Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion through a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee cancellations, modifications, or changes to your order, including changes to products, sizes, colors, quantities, or shipping addresses.

Pricing & Product Availability

We reserve the right to change product pricing, product availability, promotions, discounts, and inventory levels at any time without prior notice.

In the event of an error involving pricing, inventory, or product information, SAVEYOURSELF reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued for the amount paid.
